We do not accept for return products that have been used. We will accept for return unused products. We do not, and cannot, sell used products! Products that are defective should be sent directly to the appropriate manufacturer's warranty service, without going through us, but we can assist you with the information needed to do so, as well as contact, on your behalf, with the manufacturer's warranty service. We do not offer repair services. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and refunds do not include the cost of shipping and handling. If there is a manufacturing defect, it can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, after which it will be returned. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will assist you in obtaining the manufacturer's repair or replacement. We are the manufacturer of some of our own products and will accept them back when returned subject to manufacturer's warranty. We inspect all of our products several times before they are sold.
We offer an unconditional 30-day return option on almost every unused item. As long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price, or for store credit (your choice). Please retain your original receipt/invoice and send a copy to us with the returned product, so that we can verify that the returned product was purchased from us. Refunds do not inclue the cost of shipping and handling. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We are always happy to replace damaged or defective merchandise. However, in the interest of copyright protection, we do not accept preferential returns on any books or recordings. If defective, harmonicas, melodicas, or jaw harps will be dealt with under the manufacturers' warranty, or, if damaged in shipping, by the shipping company. We cannot accept returns of used harmonicas, melodicas, or jaw harps due to sanitation and health concerns and limitations.
